The goal of the diploma thesis „Salaries in state and public administration in the Czech Republic – development and trends“ is the analysis and description of the salary system. First part of the thesis explains basic theoretical concepts and values in this field of study. The development of the described values is set in the overal context of the economic situation in the Czech Republic. The second part describes principles of remunaration in state and public administration, both past and present. Salary system function is also compared with that of neighboring countries. The outcome of the thesis is the analysis of the salary system and also certain recommendations that resulted from the study of researched topic.

My thesis is generally focused on employee remuneration system, however the main focus is on wage forms and their influence on emploees‘ motivation. My thesis is useful for both actual employers and future employers or casual people interested in this topic. The outcome of the research properly describes wage forms and contains suggestions for improvement of particular wage forms and contributes to overall increase in effectiveness of chosen remuneration system.
Employment of a New Employee while Reducing Costs of His Remuneration

This thesis deals with labour relations, specifically the creation of employment. It focuses on possibilities how to save the cost of a new employee remuneration using subsidies from the Labour Office and employing of a disabled person. By analyzing the expected costs of remuneration and by finding of the actual subsidies from the relevant Labour Office branch, the thesis will propose options to a businesswoman Jitka Houfková how she could reduce these costs. Jitka Houfková will also be recommended an option of achieving the highest savings.

The bachelor's thesis is focused on confrontation of the payroll system in the Czech Republic and Germany. The theoretical part is aimed at describing the formation of gross wages and the determination of taxes, social contributions and health insurance in the both of states. The practical part is conceived as an example of calculation of wages for group of employees and their comparison. The conclusion focuses on the evaluation of both systems.

The submitted bachelor thesis deals with the remuneration of workers, their stimulation and motivation of employees to work more efficiently. The content and the semantic content of the remuneration, motivation and stimulation is described in the theoretical part. Theoretical knowledge was used to evaluate the current system of remuneration of workers´ remuneration in a business department of a selected company. Based on assessment of the current state of the remuneration system, there have been identified its shortcomings and mistakes, and subsequently recommended procedures for their solutions.

Diploma thesis “The hotel in Horská Kvilda” is elaborated in form of project documentation which includes all requirements of given standards. The object is placed on plat number 195/1 in Horská Kvilda. The character of the object is simple brick building. With it´s height the object corresponds with the build up area. It is three – floor house with partial basement. In the cellar is situated technical background of hotel. In the ground floor there is restaurant and it´s operational foul territory, the staff foul territory and the store rooms. In the second floor there are rooms for guests. In the third floor there are just rooms for guests. The thesis is worked up as complete implementation building plan.
Employee Remuneration System in the Selected Company and Proposal of Changes

This Master thesis deals with the system of remuneration of employees in the selected company. The theoretical part of the work describes the basic concepts and knowledge of the issue. In the analytical part of the thesis, an analysis of the current state of the problem and an evaluation of internal and external factors influencing the remuneration system in the selected company were made. Based on the results of the analysis, the company has received suggestions to enhance the remuneration system that should improve the current situation.

Bachelor thesis solves a design of a house in the village Čechočovice district Třebíč. The house is located on plot No. 1101/4 in the cadastral Čechočovice. The land is gently sloping and its area is 1071,03 m2. Ground-plan of the building is shape L, the exterior dimensions are 19,25 m x 13,00 m. House has two floors with a partial basement. Roofing is solved over ground floor a single-layered flat roof, walkable flat roof above the first floor double-layer flat. House is designed as a classical brick technology of heat-insulating ceramic fittings Heluz Family 2v1 with polystyrene foam inside the cavities and is based on concrete strips. The building is designed for four-to five member family.
